Your documents stay private
Kept off the website
Files are saved in a private area that has no web address. They open only through a signed-in, permission-checked request.
Sensitive details are encrypted
PAN and bank account numbers are encrypted in the database. For Aadhaar we keep only the last four digits.
Every view is logged
When staff open a document or reveal a number, the portal records who did it and when.
